Caboolture Sports FC Welcomes Leah Gubb as Technical Director for Female Academy




Caboolture Sports Football Club is delighted to announce Leah Gubb as the new Technical Director for our Female Academy, set to launch in 2025. Leah brings a wealth of experience, passion, and a proven track record of success in developing female footballers.


Leah holds a AFC B Diploma and currently has and Expression of Interest to attend the A Diploma in 2025, reflecting her commitment to continuous professional development. Her expertise in player development, combined with her strong leadership skills, will be pivotal as we establish a program that focuses on nurturing talent, fostering a positive learning environment, and achieving excellence both on and off the pitch.


As the driving force behind the Female Academy, Leah will lead the implementation of training programs, mentor our coaches, and ensure that players are provided with pathways to reach their full potential. This initiative underscores Caboolture Sports FC’s commitment to expanding opportunities for female athletes in the Moreton Bay region and beyond.


Leah shared her excitement about joining the club:
