Jetts Fitness to provide assessments and conditioning Program for Caboolture SFC Goalkeepers
Jetts Fitness one of the Club¹s sponsors has come aboard with the Goalkeeper Academy to develop the Club¹s Keepers. Jetts will conduct initial fitness and strength assessments with the Senior and Junior Keepers and provide strength and conditioning programs designed for each individual keeper. The Academy is about developing goalkeepers to be the best possible keeper they can be and this includes developing their physical attributes as well as their ball and handling skills. Having Jetts provide this expert involvement really provides the Club Keepers with an opportunity and an advantage that will really give them an edge in their development.
